低龄老人“小老顾老老”与“时间银行”储蓄意愿的调查研究——以浙江省为例

摘　　要：目的:调查浙江省社区低龄老人对“小老顾老老”及“时间银行”新型养老模式的接受程度,为探究老年人居家养老问题解决方案提供新方向.方法:采用便利抽样法选取浙江省可及社区低龄老人(60~75岁)389例,应用自行设计的相关问卷进行实地走访调查.结果:问卷应答率为96.7%,73.6%低龄老人可接受“小老顾老老”即照顾高龄老人,其中52.8%低龄老人愿意提供“无偿”照护,36.1%低龄老人有“时间银行”储蓄的意愿.结论:以“时间银行”为基础的“小老顾老老”的新型养老互助模式得到了低龄老年人较为广泛的认同,具有一定可行性.但未来仍需加强顶层设计,完善监管体系,提升服务质量,加大宣传力度,促使互助养老和尊老爱老蔚然成风.To investigate the willingness of the young elderly in communities of Zhejiang province to the new pension mode of“aged-support-aged”and“time bank”,so as to provide a new direction for exploring the solutions to the problems of home care for the elderly.Methods:A total of 389 young elderly(6075 years old)in Zhejiang province were selected by the convenience sampling method,and a self-designed questionnaire was used for field investigation.Results:The questionnaires response rate was 96.7%,showing that 73.6%of the young elderly could accept the“aged-support-aged”mode,namely,to take care of the more elderly,52.8%of them were willing to provide“free-of-charge”care,36.1%of them were willing to store time in bank savings.Conclusion:The new“aged-support-aged”mode based on the“time bank”has been widely recognized by the elderly and is thus feasible to some extent.But in the future,the top-level design still needs to be strengthened,a regulatory system completed,the quality of services improved,and publicity efforts intensified to make mutual assistance for the elderly a common practice.
