摘 要:通过成膜树脂和填料的筛选,制备了一种换热器用防腐导热底面合一无溶剂涂料.涂料成膜树脂选用多官能团树脂和特种改性胺的组合,可满足涂层高温及耐酸性需要;通过电化学阻抗对比测试,选择了一种高效的缓蚀剂,使涂层可耐Cl-长期腐蚀;通过添加自制高导热石墨和石墨烯的复配体系,可使涂层导热系数≥1.5 W/(m·K);通过传热系数测试表明,涂装后的换热器总传热系数降低10%左右,满足设计需要;涂层综合性能达到了电厂换热器的设计要求,可满足使用需要.Through the screening of film-forming resin and fllers,a kind of anti-corrosion and heat-conductive bottom surface integrated solvent-free coating for heat exchanger was prepared.The film-forming resin was a combination of multi-functional resin and special modified amine,which could meet the needs of high tempera-ture and acid resistance.Through the electrochemical impedance contrast test,an efficient corrosion inhibitor was seleeted,which could resistant the long-term corrosion of Cl^(-).By adding the composite system of self-made high thermal conductivity graphite and graphene,the thermal conductivity of the coating was≥1.5 W/(m+K).Through the heat transfer cofficient test,the results showed that the total heat transfer coefficient of the heat exchanger after coating was reduced about 10%,which could meet the design requirements.The comprehensive performance of the coating meet the design requirements of the heat exchanger in power plant,and can meet the needs of practical use.
