摘　　要：水性面漆在轨道车辆的应用中经常出现麻点、缩孔、橘皮、厚边、发白、肿胀、起泡等漆膜弊病,本文从环境控制、工艺参数及工艺方法优化、预防控制措施等几个方面分析,进行工艺改进和预防控制,通过在现车上实施得到了有效的改善.There are waterborne topcoat defects on rail vehicles such as dust particle,cratering,orange skin,fat edge,cratering,swelling and bubbling.The coating defects were effectively improved from the aspects of control of environment,the optimizations of process parameters and process methods,preventive and control measures.
