摘　　要：从全球化背景和中国社会发展的现实出发,论述后社会发展理论对理解体育健康的方法论意义,基于社会健康发展趋势提出由体育健康代替运动健康的观点。认为:体育健康的高情感、低成本和主动参与性等特征使“传递观”的传播不适合解释体育健康传播;在新媒体时代“去媒介中心主义”的影响下,建立在“媒介中心主义”和“知-信-行”认知框架上的健康传播观念与体育健康传播的属性不适配。从传播的仪式观重新定义体育健康传播:个体通过体育健康知识、经验、情感和意义的分享,实现体育健康文化建构的过程。Based on globalisation and the development reality of Chinese society,the methodological significance of post-social development theory to understand sport health is discussed,and the viewpoint of physical exercise for health replaced by sport health is put forward with the development trend of social health.It is argued that the high emotion,low cost and active participation for sport health make the concept of transmission-based communication unsuitable for interpreting sport health communication.The concept of health communication based on the cognitive framework of"knowing-trusting-acting"does not fit in with the attributes of sport health communication.Health communication in sport is redefined from a ritualistic view of communication:the construction of sport health culture will be completed through the sharing of knowledge,experience,emotion and meaning in physical activities by individuals.
