数字人文视角下乡村档案资源建设的层次构建与实现进路

摘　　要：数字人文的兴起为乡村档案资源建设提供了新技术、新方法、新理念。本文从数字人文视角构建乡村档案资源建设的四个层次:基础设施建设层提供设施保障,数字资源建设层搭建数据基石,体制机制建设层建立行为规范,数字服务体系层展演和共享数字成果。在此基础上分析乡村档案资源建设的实现进路:加快基础设施搭建,深化技术驱动工作;重构乡村档案价值,实现全过程建设;激发基层治理效能,强调多元主体联动;建设数字服务体系,革新数字服务方式。The rise of Digital Humanities has provided new technologies, new methods and new ideas for the construction of rural archives resources. This paper constructs four levels of the construction of rural archives resources from the perspective of Digital Humanities: The infrastructure layer provides the material basis;The digital resource construction layer builds the data cornerstone;Establish behavior norms at the system and mechanism construction level;The digital service system layer performs and shares digital achievements. On this basis, this paper analyzes the realization of the construction of rural archives resources: Accelerate the construction of infrastructure and deepen the technology-driven work;Reconstruct the value of rural archives and realize the whole process construction;Stimulate grassroots governance efficiency and emphasize the linkage of multiple subjects;Build the digital service system and innovate the digital service mode.
