摘 要:为预防种植体周围炎的发生,采用反应磁控溅射法在纯Ti片表面制备了Ti-ZnO纳米复合涂层,通过改变Ti靶材与ZnO靶材的拼接比例,研究纳米ZnO含量对涂层微观结构和抗菌性能的影响。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、原子力显微镜(AFM)、JC2000C1界面张力测量仪对样品进行微观组织的表征以及粗糙度和润湿性能的测量,通过电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)对涂层中的Zn离子释放进行测试,通过CCK-8法对涂层进行细胞毒性测试,通过平板涂布计数法对涂层进行抗菌性能评价。结果表明:当Ti靶材与ZnO靶材的拼接比例为95∶5时,Ti-ZnO涂层的纳米ZnO含量最多,涂层的粗糙度以及与液相接触角达到最大值,分别为0.547 nm和101.25°,涂层无细胞毒性,符合生物安全性材料的标准,涂层的抗菌性能最佳,涂层的抑菌率达到了91.05%。In order to aovid peri-implantitis,Ti-ZnO nanocomposite coatings were prepared on the surface of pure Ti slices by reactive magnetron sputtering.The effects of nano-ZnO content on the microstructure and antibacterial performance of the coatings were studied by means of changing the splicing ratio of Ti target and ZnO target.The microstructure,roughness and wettability of the samples were characterized and measured by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),atomic force microscopy(AFM)and JC2000C1 interfacial tension tester.In addition,the release of Zn ions from the coatings was measured by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),the cytotoxicity of the coatings was tested by CCK-8 method,and the antibacterial performance of the coatings was evaluated by plate colony counting method.Results showed that when the ratio of Ti target to ZnO target was 95∶5,the nano-ZnO content in Ti-ZnO coating was the highest,the roughness and contact angle with liquid phase of the coating reached the maximum values of 0.547 nm and 101.25°respectively,the coating had no cytotoxicity and met the standards for biosafety materials,and the antibacterial performance of the coating was the best with an antibacterial rate up to 91.05%.
