摘  要:为了改善当前锌铜钛合金在建筑行业上的颜色多样性和提升耐蚀性,通过极化曲线、交流阻抗、模拟海水浸泡实验和盐雾试验的方法,分析研究了阳极氧化处理后锌铜钛合金后的表面膜层的耐蚀性。结果表明:阳极氧化膜随着电流密度和电解液中氢氧化钠浓度的增加,生成膜的质量先提高后降低,当电流密度为10 A/dm^(2)和氢氧化钠浓度为20 g/L时,自腐蚀电位最正,自腐蚀电流密度最小,并且阳极氧化后的膜层能够显著地提高其在模拟海水腐蚀试验环境下的耐蚀性。For improving the colour diversity and corrosion resistance of current zinc-copper-titanium alloys for the construction industry, the corrosion resistance of the surface film of Zn-Cu-Ti alloy after anodic oxidation treatment was analyzed and investigated by means of polarization curve, AC impedance, simulated seawater immersion experiment and salt spray test. Results showed that the quality of the anodic oxide film increased and then decreased with the increase of the current density and the concentration of NaOH in the electrolyte. When the current density was 10 A/dm^(2) and the NaOH concentration was 20 g/L, the as-obtained film had the most positive self-corrosion potential and the smallest self-corrosion current density. Additionally, the anodized film layer could significantly enhance its corrosion resistance in the simulated seawater corrosion test environment.
