摘 要:镁合金在高温环境中易发生高温腐蚀,从而丧失力学性能。在镁合金表面涂覆耐高温防腐涂料,防止高温腐蚀,对提升零件的耐用性有重要意义。首先阐述了耐高温防腐涂料的概念和分类,并综述了有机耐高温涂料、无机耐高温涂料和有机-无机复合耐高温涂料的研究进展;其次介绍了耐高温防腐涂料在镁合金上的应用现状;最后对其未来的发展方向进行了展望。Magnesium alloys are prone to high-temperature corrosion and lose their mechanical properites in high-temperature environments. Hence, painting high temperature anti-corrosion coatings on magnesium alloy surface to prevent high temperature corrosion is of great significance for improving the durability of parts. In this paper, the concept and classification of high temperature resistant anti-corrosion coatings were expounded, and the research progresses of organic high temperature resistant coatings, inorganic high temperature resistant coatings and organic-inorganic composite high temperature resistant coatings were reviewed. In addition, the application statuses of high-temperature anti-corrosion coatings on magnesium alloys were introduced, and their development trend in the future was prospected.
