摘 要:为明确烤烟‘翠碧一号’上部烟叶适宜采收成熟度,以‘翠碧一号’上部烟叶为试材,研究了3种不同采收成熟度对烤后烟叶经济性状、外观质量、感官质量,以及化学成分的影响。结果表明:与CK处理(烟叶略带黄色、主脉1/3以上发白)相比,T1处理(烟叶7~8成黄、主脉1/2以上发白)和T2处理(烟叶9成黄、主脉2/3以上发白)烤后烟叶经济性状较优,上中等烟比例分别显著提高了10.62%、3.75%,烟叶外观质量改善提升,烟叶化学成分协调性较好且感官质量有所改善。综上,T1处理和T2处理烤后烟叶各项指标较好,其中以T1处理最优。In order to clarify the suitable maturity of the upper leaves of flue-cured tobacco ’CB-1’, the upper leaves of ’CB-1’ were used as the test materials.We investigated the effects of three different harvest maturity levels on economic characters, appearance quality, sensory quality and chemical composition of cured tobacco leaves.The results showed that compared with CK treatment(Tobacco leaves were slightly yellow, and more than 1/3 of the main vein was white), T1 treatment(Tobacco leaves were 7-8 into yellow,and more than 1/2 of the main vein was white) and T2 treatment(Tobacco leaves were 90% yellow, and more than 2/3 of the main veins were white) had better economic characters of cured tobacco leaves,and the proportion of upper and middle tobacco leaves increased by 10.62% and 3.75%, respectively. The appearance quality of tobacco leaves of the two treatments had been improved. The chemical composition coordination of the two treatments was better and the sensory quality was improved. In conclusion, T1 treatment and T2 treatment are better in various indexes of cured tobacco leaves, and T1 treatment is the best.
