基于CiteSpace中医药治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的:分析整理中医药治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽的相关文献,挖掘主要研究现状及研究热点,为后续此领域研究提供借鉴与参考。方法:检索中国知网、万方、维普及中国生物医学文献数据库中1981年1月1日至2022年4月30日中医药治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽的相关文献,运用CiteSpace软件对文献进行作者、机构、关键词的可视化分析并绘制知识图谱。结果:本研究共纳入相关文献774篇,其发文量整体呈上升趋势;共纳入作者1202位,其中发文量≥5篇的作者有8位,发文量最多的作者为汪受传(8篇);共纳入机构492所,其中发文量最多的机构为河南中医药大学第一附属医院(12篇);共纳入关键词675个,出现频数及中介中心性最高的关键词为肺炎喘嗽,肺部啰音、中药治疗、中西医结合、穴位贴敷、推拿、银翘散等20个关键词为突现关键词,中医外治法、银翘散、辨证治疗及名医经验等为今后重点研究方向。结论:中医药治疗肺炎喘嗽的方法众多,各时期主要研究热点亦不相同,主要包括肺炎喘嗽、临床疗效、名医经验、中医药治疗、痰热闭肺证等。今后该领域的研究应加强研究团队和机构之间的交流与合作,进行多中心高质量临床研究与基础研究,同时规范诊疗标准以促进其发展。Objective:To analyze and sort out the literature on the treatment of pneumonia and asthma in children with traditional Chinese medicine,in order to explore its main research status and research hotspots,and to provide reference for subsequent research in this field.Methods:Relevant literatures on the treatment of infantile pneumonia and asthma with traditional Chinese medicine were searched in CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and China Biomedical Literature Database from January 1,1981 to April 30,2022.CiteSpace measurement software was used to visually analyze the literature by authors,institutions and keywords,and draw a knowledge map.Results:A total of 774 relevant literatures were included in this study,and the overall publishing situation showed an upward trend.Totally 1202 authors were included,including 8 authors who published more than 5 papers,and the author with the largest number of articles is WANG Shouchuan(8 articles).There are 492 institutions,and the institution with the largest number of articles is The First Affiliated Hospital of He'nan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(12 articles).Totally 675 keywords were included,and pneumonia asthma shows the highest frequency and median value.The top 20 keywords with strongest citation bursts include pulmonary rales,traditional Chinese medicine treatment,integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,acupoint application,massage,Yinqiao powder(银翘散),etc.The external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,Yinqiao powder,syndrome differentiation and treatment,and the experience of famous doctors are the key research directions in the future.Conclusion:There are many methods of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of pneumonia and asthma,and the main research hotspots in different periods are also different,mainly including pneumonia and asthma,clinical efficacy,experience of famous doctors,traditional Chinese medicine treatment,phlegm-heat closed lung syndrome,etc.In the future,research and development in this field should strengthen exc
