摘 要:目的 探讨甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗急性期多发性硬化症的临床效果。方法 选取2019年3月至2021年3月我院收治的86例急性期多发性硬化症患者,根据红绿双色球法将其分为对照组和研究组,各43例。对照组开展地塞米松治疗,研究组开展甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗。比较两组的神经功能障碍程度、炎症因子、神经因子水平、不良反应发生情况及复发率。结果 治疗后,研究组的扩展残疾状态量表(EDSS)评分及基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、干扰素-γ(INF-γ)水平低于对照组,白细胞介素-12p40(IL-12p40)水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、tau蛋白、S100蛋白水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的不良反应总发生率及复发率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 将甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠用于急性期多发性硬化症患者中,可改善神经功能,减轻炎症反应,调节神经因子水平,减少不良反应的发生,降低复发率。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of methylprednisolone sodium succinate in the treatment of acute multiple sclerosis. Methods A total of 86 patients with acute multiple sclerosis admitted in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the red-green dichroism method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with dexamethasone, and the study group was treated with methylprednisolone sodium succinate. The degree of nerve dysfunction, inflammatory factors, nerve factors levels, occurrence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the Expanded Disability Status Scale(EDSS) score, matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) and interferon-γ(INF-γ) levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the interleukin-12p40(IL-12p40) level was higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1), tau protein and S100 protein levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Methylprednisolone sodium succinate applied in patients with acute multiple sclerosis can improve nerve function, reduce inflammatory reaction, regulate nerve factors levels, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions and reduce recurrence rate.
