摘 要:目的探讨基于信息不对称理论的共同决策护理结合集束化护理在肺癌放疗患者中的应用效果。方法选择2019年2月至2020年9月我院收治的200例肺癌放疗患者为研究对象,根据护理方案不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予基于信息不对称理论的共同决策护理结合集束化护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果干预后,观察组的抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的疾病信息掌握程度各项评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的放疗所致副作用总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于信息不对称理论的共同决策护理结合集束化护理可改善肺癌放疗患者的心理状态,提高疾病信息掌握程度,减少放疗所致副作用。Objective To explore the application effect of co-decision nursing based on information asymmetry theory combined with cluster nursing in patients with lung cancer undergoing radiotherapy. Methods A total of 200 patients with lung cancer undergoing radiotherapy admitted in our hospital from February 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing plans, with100 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given co-decision nursing based on information asymmetry theory combined with cluster nursing on the basis of the control group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of disease information mastery in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total incidence of side effects caused by radiotherapy in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Co-decision nursing based on information asymmetry theory combined with cluster nursing can improve the psychological status of patients with lung cancer undergoing radiotherapy, improve the disease information mastery, and reduce the side effects caused by radiotherapy.
