摘　　要：自体血回收(ACS)是一项成熟的血液保护技术,但其在可疑血液污染的特殊手术中的应用存在争议。白细胞滤器(LDF)可以过滤回收血中的炎症细胞、微聚体等物质。自体血回收联合白细胞滤器(ACS-LDF)已在产科、心脏等手术中逐渐推广应用,拓宽了自体血的使用范围。近年来,针对ACS-LDF在一些特殊类型手术中的使用效果及安全性有了新的探索。本文旨在对ACS-LDF使用的适应证、安全性、有效性、经济效益进行综述,探讨其在各类血液污染手术中的应用,为临床使用及研究提供新的思路。Autologous cell salvage(ACS) is a mature blood conservation technique, but its application in special operations with suspected blood contamination is controversial. Leukocyte depletion filter(LDF) can filter and recover substances such as inflammatory cells and polymers in blood. The autologous cell salvage combined with leukocyte depletion filter(ACS-LDF) has been gradually popularized and applied in obstetrics, heart and other operations, which has broadened the scope of use of autologous blood. In recent years, there have been new explorations on the efficacy and safety of ACS-LDF in some special types of surgery. The purpose of this paper is to review the indications, safety, efficacy and economic benefits of ACS-LDF, and to explore its application in various types of blood contamination surgery, so as to provide new ideas for clinical use and research.
