摘　　要：铸轧卷板形是一个受多重因素和参数控制的指标,卷材坯料的板形将直接影响到冷轧的板形控制和产品的质量。通过对铸轧生产过程中卷材板形控制的分析,找出了影响板形的主要因素以及各因素之间相互的关系,并结合生产实际操作找到了板形控制的措施和方法。改善后的坯料板形指标满足了客户技术要求,确保了下一道工序产品质量。The shape of cast rolling coil is an index controlled by multiple factors and parameters. The shape of roll blank will directly affect the shape control and product quality of cold rolling. Based on the analysis of roll shape control in the process of casting and rolling,this paper finds out the main factors that affect the shape of the roll and the relationship between the factors,and finds out the measures and methods of the shape control in combination with the actual production operation. The improved billet shape index meets the technical requirements of the downstream customers and ensures the product quality of the next process.
