摘　　要：目的:了解和评价实验室检测化妆品中防晒剂奥克立林的能力和水平,促进各参加实验室对化妆品中防晒剂项目检测能力和技术水平的提升。方法:通过方案设计、样品研制、均匀性和稳定性考察、样品发放和检测结果回收实施能力验证计划,统计分析各参加实验室的含量测定结果,采用稳健Z比分数评价各参加实验室检测结果。结果:能力验证样品均匀稳定。参加能力验证的132家实验室中106家结果为满意,满意率为80.3%。结论:本次能力验证活动的结果表明绝大部分参与实验室对化妆品中防晒剂奥克立林的检测能力总体良好。Objective:To understand and evaluate the detection ability of octocrylene in cosmetics and promote the ability of participant laboratories in the detection of sunscreen in cosmetics.Methods:The proficiency testing was carried out through project design,sample preparation,uniformity and stability test,distribution of sample and collection of test results.The content determination results of participant laboratories were statistically analyzed and evaluated by Robust through Z-score.Results:The proficiency testing samples were homogeneous and steady.One hundred and six laboratories among the 132 laboratories participated in the proficiency testing had satisfactory results with a satisfaction rate of 80.3%.Conclusion:The result of this proficiency testing indicates that the detection capability of most participant laboratories for the determination of octocrylene in cosmetics was generally good.
