摘 要:目的探讨食物不耐受儿童血清生长激素(GH)、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)、25羟维生素D[25-(OH)D]水平的变化。方法选择保定市妇幼保健院生长发育科食物不耐受患儿84作为A组,生长激素矮小症患儿78例为B组,同期健康体检儿童82例为对照组,比较3组临床资料及血清GH、IGF-1、25-(OH)D水平变化。结果对照组、A组、B组儿童身高、体重及BMI依次降低,3组比较差异有统计学意义(F=3.885、4.073、3.264,均P<0.05);对照组、A组、B组儿童血清GH、IGF-1、25-(OH)D水平依次降低,3组比较差异有统计学意义(F=4.572、10.796、5.238均P<0.05)。A组血清GH、IGF-1、25-(OH)D水平低于对照组(均P<0.05),B组血清GH、IGF-1、25-(OH)D水平低于A组及对照组(均P<0.05)。对照组、A组、B组儿童维生素D的营养级别明显下降,3组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=86.079,P<0.05)。结论食物不耐受儿童存在血清GH、IGF-1水平下降,25-(OH)D缺乏的现象,其可能与生长激素型矮小症存在一定的相关性。Objective To investigate the changes of serum levels of growth hormone(GH),insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)and 25 hydroxyvitamin d[25-(OH)D]in children with food intolerance.Methods 84 children with food intolerance in the growth and Development Department of Baoding Maternal and Child Health hospital were selected as group A,78 children with growth hormone dwarfism as group B,and 82 healthy children as control group.The clinical data and serum levels of GH,IGF-1 and 25-(OH)d in the three groups were compared.Results The height,weight and BMI of the children in the control group,group A and group B decreased in turn,and the difference among the three groups was statistically significant(F=3.885,4.073,3.264,all P<0.05);The serum levels of GH,IGF-1 and 25-(OH)d of children in the control group,group A and group B decreased in turn,and the difference among the three groups was statistically significant(F=4.572,10.796,5.238,all P<0.05).The serum levels of GH,IGF-1 and 25-(OH)d in group A were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The serum levels of GH,IGF-1 and 25-(OH)d in group B were higher than those in group A and the control group(all P<0.05).The nutritional level of vitamin D of children in the control group,group A and group B decreased significantly,and the difference among the three groups was statistically significant(χ~2=86.079,P<0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of GH and IGF-1 are decreased and 25-(OH)d is deficient in children with food intolerance,which may be related to growth hormone type dwarfism.
