摘 要:基于微波加热技术的坑槽热再生修补工艺不仅提高了旧料的利用率,还实现了坑槽的热接缝,提升了坑槽的使用寿命。因此,对微波加热技术中的加热深度、加热效率等关键参数进行了理论计算,对现场热再生配合比设计方法和微波修补坑槽施工工艺进行了详细介绍,并对上述计算结果和混合料路用性能进行了试验验证。结果表明:微波加热技术在坑槽修补中能改善沥青混合料品质,提升旧料利用率,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益,其应用前景广泛。Pothole recycl ing repairing technology based on the microwave heating not only improves utilization of waste material, but also realizes the hot-seam between filling material and the surrounding and bottom of the pit, and improves the service life. The key parameters of the heating depth and heating effects are calculated theoretically.The design method and the construction technology of repairing the pothole by microwave are introduced. The above calculation results and the road performance of mixed materials are verified by test. The result shows that the microwave heating technology can improve asphalt mixture and utilization of waste material so that it has better social and economic value. Its application has a good prospect for maintenance of asphalt concrete pavement.
