摘  要:顶管法因具有占地面积小,施工速度快等优点在城市地下管线建设中得到了越来越多的应用。顶管工作井的受力状态是顶管施工中重点关注的问题。因此结合顶管工程实际案例,利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件建立了顶管施工竖井结构三维数值分析模型;重点研究了顶管竖井开挖、支护和顶管顶进施工过程中竖井结构变形和场地土层变形规律。研究结果表明:顶管竖井开挖变形过程中周边土体和竖井结构主要产生基坑内侧变形;顶管顶进过程中引起的竖井结构变形和周边场地土层变形都在安全可控范围内。研究成果可为相关项目工程案例的施工提供有利的参考。Because of small area and fast construction speed, the pipe jacking method is increasingly applied in urban underground pipeline construction. The force state of the pipe jacking shaft has become a key concern. Combined with actual cases of pipe jacking projects, a 3D numerical analysis model of the shaft structure of pipe jacking construction is established by ABAQUS finite element analysis software in this paper. The deformation of the shaft structure and the site soil during the shaft excavation, support and jacking of the pipe shaft are researched. The study shows that the the inpit deformation mainly occur in the surrounding soil and shaft structure during the excavation of the pipe jacking shaft Deformation which are safe and controllable. The research can provide a favorable reference for the construction of relevant project engineering cases.
