摘 要:为了研究盾构在卵石地层、无换刀条件下连续掘进1.2 km并近距离穿越风险源的工程难题,依托北京市地铁19号线盾构下穿既有4号线隧道的工程实例,提出了一系列工程应对措施,并采用数值模拟方法对盾构下穿过程中既有线变形进行了计算,确保了施工方案的有效性;结合实测数据分析了既有线变形规律;对刀具布置进行了特殊设计,将撕裂刀分3层布置,增强了刀具耐磨性和抗冲击性,延长了刀具使用寿命;正式下穿前设置了试验掘进段,验证了掘进参数和渣土改良方案的合理性;通过对数值模拟结果与实测数据分析,发现了既有线竖向变形最大位置。该研究结果可为类似工程提供借鉴。The shield tunnels continuously 1.2 km in cobble stratum under without cutter exchange, in order to study the engineering problems, the engineering example of the shield tunneling under the existing Line 4 tunnel of Beijing Metro Line 19 is taken as the example. A series of engineering countermeasures were proposed. The deformation of the existing line during the shield tunneling process was calculated by numerical simulation method to ensure the effectiveness of the construction scheme. Combined with measured data, the deformation law of the existing tunnel was analyzed. The cutter layout was specially designed, and the rippers were divided into three layers, which enhanced the wear resistance and impact resistance and prolongs the service life. The test tunneling section was set before the under-crossing construction, which verified the rationality of driving parameters and the muck improvement scheme.By the analysis of numerical simulation results and measured data, the maximum vertical deformation position of the existing cable was found. The research results can provide references for similar projects.
