摘 要:在总结前人研究的基础上,提出了一个可实现混凝土系杆拱桥全面优化的模型,即:以系梁纵向预应力束、矢高、吊杆力、吊杆面积、系梁顶底板厚度、系梁腹板厚度、系梁高度和拱肋高宽作为优化变量,以规范规定的各项位移、应力限值和整体稳定性指标作为约束条件,以材料总造价为目标函数建立的全桥优化模型。使用FORTRAN语言编制了程序系统。该程序系统可将结构分析程序和混合离散变量优化程序连接成一个完整的优化体系,实现了优化设计的自动进行,并以某系杆拱桥为工程实例,进行了优化计算。优化结果与原设计对比,材料总造价降低了30.02%。因此,进一步验证了该优化方法和优化模型的正确性。On the basis of the existing achievements, a comprehensive optimization model of the concrete tied arch bridge is presented in this paper. The optimization model is established by taking the longitudinal prestressed tendon of tie beam, the rise, suspender force, suspender section, the size of arch and beam as optimization variables, various displacement, stress limits and overall stability indexes specified in the specification as constraints, and the total material cost as the objective function. The program system is set by FORTRAN. By the system, the structure analysis program and mixed discrete variable optimization program can be combined to be a complete system to achieve the optimization design automatically. The optimal calculation is solved under the background of a tied arch bridge.Compared the optimal solution with the original proposal, it is found that the material cost saved 30.02%. The optimization method and the model are appropriate and reasonable.
