摘  要:为研究水泥搅拌桩各项参数变化对软土路基沉降的影响,针对某市政道路软土路基路段,通过Midas-GTS-NX软件模拟了软土路基在不同水泥搅拌桩参数条件下的沉降情况,并采用正交试验法分析了路基沉降对水泥搅拌桩各项参数的敏感性。研究结果表明:水泥搅拌桩各项参数对软土路基沉降影响显著程度由大到小依次为桩长L>桩径D>桩身弹性模量E>桩间距S;结合工程实际情况,建议水泥搅拌桩各项参数取值分别为桩长21 m、桩径0.5 m、桩身弹性模量30 GPa、桩间距2.5 m,该条件下路基最大沉降量为-6.272 cm,满足规范要求。该研究结果对类似地质条件的软土路基设计具有一定参考价值。A municipal soft soil subgrade is taken as an example to study the influence of various parameters of cement mixing piles on the settlement of soft soil subgrade. And the settlement was simulated by Midas-GTS-NX software.The sensitivity was analyzed by orthogonal test. The results show that the influence of various parameters of cement mixing pile on the settlement of soft subgrade is in descending order of pile length>pile diameter>pile elastic modulus>pile spacing;Combined with the actual situation of the project, it is suggested that the parameters of cement mixing pile are taken as follows:the length of the pile is 21 m, the diameter of the piles is 0.5 m, the elastic modulus of the pile is 30 GPa, and the distance between the piles is 2.5 m. Under these conditions, the maximum settlement of the subgrade is-6.272 cm, which meets the specification requirements. The study provides reference value for soft soil subgrade design under similar geological conditions.
