摘 要:结合第一炼钢厂三台连铸机实际生产情况,分析在连铸生产全流程中钢水二次氧化可能发生的位置,优化并完善全流程保护浇铸工艺。通过在开浇前增加中间包吹氩装置,增加保护套管吹氩装置,中间包包盖吹氩装置、中间包下水口涂抹石墨乳和结晶器保护渣优化等措施,降低连铸全流程发生钢水二次氧化的概率。通过对工艺优化前后的钢水取样进行增[N]和增[O]分析,结果表明:[N]含量整体降低8ppm,[O]含量降低13ppm,铸坏质量同时得到明显提升。Based on the actual production situation of the three continuous caster in Steel-making Plant 1#,the possible position of secondary oxidation of the liquid steel is analyzed and the whole-line protective casting process is optimized and improved.The probability of secondary oxidation of liquid steel throughout the entire continuous casting process is decreased by installing the argon blowing device in the tundish before casting,installing the argon blowing device in the protective sleeve,installing the argon blowing device of tundish cover,daubing graphite emulsion on the down nozzle of tundish and optimizing the mold powder.The findings of the examination of adding[N]and adding[O]to the liquid steel samples before and after the process optimization reveal that the slab quality is greatly improved at the same time that the[N]content falls by 8 ppm overall and the[O]content decreases by 13 ppm.
