摘 要:线材轧机是线材轧制生产线的核心装备,自主研制具有高速、高精、机械化、自动化的轧制机组对我国冶金行业重型设备的发展有着重大战略意义。控冷控轧技术的出现,标志着轧钢生产在成型工艺、设备性能及控制水平等方面的提升。但轧机在恶劣的生产工况下,核心部件存在不可避免的磨损,造成了定位精度的降低,从而影响轧制精度和产品质量。借助无损检测、自动焊接和在线机床加工技术实现轧机牌坊的精确测量及修复,对提高重型冶金设备服役寿命及使用稳定性具有重要意义。The wire rod rolling mill is the core equipment of the wire rod production line.Independent development of rolling mills with high speed,high precision,mechanization and automation is of great strategic significance to the devel-opment of heavy equipment in China's metallurgical industry.The emergence of Thermo-Mechanical Control Process marks the improvement of rolling production in forming process,equipment performance and control level.However,un-der harsh production conditions,the core components of rolling mill are inevitable worn,resulting in the reduction of po-sitioning accuracy,thus affecting the rolling accuracy and product quality.With the help of non-destructive testing,au-tomatic welding and online machine tool processing technology to achieve accurate measurement and repairing of rolling mill housing frame,it is of great significance to improve the service life and service stability of heavy metallurgical e-quipment.
