摘 要:为解决砖混再生粗集料(brick-concrete recycled coarse aggregate, BCRCA)性能不足问题,采用自主研发的负压强化设备研究强化工艺参数。基于X射线衍射分析技术分析钛石膏-矿渣(titanium gypsum-slag slurry, T-S)浆体的强化作用机理,提出灌入饱和度评价指标。将强化后BCRCA用于水泥稳定碎石中,研究其强度变化规律。试验结果发现:选择负压压力为-75 kPa、负压温度为70℃、负压时间为14 min作为负压强化最优工艺参数;经过T-S浆体负压强化后,BCRCA的压碎值和吸水率分别降低到27.3%和6.8%,与水泥浆浸泡的BCRCA相比,压碎值和吸水率分别降低了6.83%和23.59%,表观密度从2.615 g/cm^(3)提高至2.678 g/cm^(3),开口孔隙的灌入饱和度从22.5%提升至35.1%;将强化骨料用于水泥稳定碎石时,无侧限抗压强度和劈裂强度较浸泡强化时提高了40.7%、22.9%。负压强化方式下T-S浆体可以有效强化砖混再生粗集料。In order to solve the problem of insufficient performance of brick-concrete recycled coarse aggregate(BCRCA), a self-developed negative pressure strengthening equipment was used to study the strengthening process parameters. Based on XRD technology, the strengthening mechanism of titanium gypsum-slag slurry(T-S slurry) was analyzed, and the evaluation index of filling saturation was proposed. The strengthened BCRCA was used in cement-stabilized crushed stone, and its strength change law was studied. The test results showed that the negative pressure of-75 kPa, the negative pressure temperature of 70 ℃, and the negative pressure time of 14 min were selected as the optimal process parameters for negative pressure strengthening. After the negative pressure strengthening of T-S slurry, the crushing value of BCRCA and the water absorption decreased to 27.3% and 6.8%, which were reduced by 6.83% and 23.59%, respectively. Compared with the cement-soaked BCRCA, and the apparent density increased from 2.615 g/cm^(3) to 2.678 g/cm^(3), while the filling saturation of open pores increased from 22.5% to 35.1%. When reinforced aggregate was used for cement-stabilized crushed stone, the unconfined compressive strength and splitting strength increased by 40.7% and 22.9% compared with soaking strengthening. It could be seen that the T-S slurry effectively strengthened the brick-mixed recycled coarse aggregate under the negative pressure strengthening method.
