摘  要:5×××系(Al-Mg)是中等强度的铝合金,具有良好的综合性能,由于其优良的耐腐蚀性、较高的强度、较轻的重量等特征,广泛应用于造船、高铁等行业。该系铝合金长期暴露于较高温度(50~200℃)及含Cl-的环境中,极易被腐蚀,给企业造成一定的经济损失,同时也存在安全隐患。文中介绍了5×××系(Al-Mg)铝合金常见的腐蚀类型、影响耐腐蚀性能的因素及解决措施;总结了通过改善热处理工艺、优化轧制工艺及合金成分、添加稀土元素等措施提高该系铝合金耐腐蚀性能;同时,对该系耐腐蚀铝合金未来的发展方向进行了展望。A 5××× series(Al-Mg) aluminum alloy is a medium strength aluminum alloy with good comprehen sive properties. Because of its excellent corrosion resistance, high strength, light weight and other characteristics, it is widely used as a structural material in shipbuilding, high-speed rail and other industries.When aluminum alloys are exposed to high temperatures(usually 50 ~200 ℃) and contain Cl-in the environment, there are also corrosion problems, resulting in significant economic losses and security risks.Therefore, the common corrosion types of 5××× series(Al-Mg) aluminum alloys were introduced, including the influencing factors and common solutions. The methods of improving the heat treatment process, optimizing the rolling process, optimizing the alloy composition and adding rare earth elements were also summarized. Finally,the main development directions of corrosion-resistant aluminum alloys in the future were pointed out.
