摘  要:炮泥的性能对高炉顺行影响较大,结合剂和沥青作为无水炮泥的重要组成部分,对炮泥性能起着决定性作用。为优化炮泥成分、提高炮泥性能,考察了结合剂和沥青种类及沥青加入量对无水炮泥性能的影响。结果表明,脱晶蒽油作为新型炮泥结合剂,具备良好的高温强度、黏结性、环保性和性价比等优势;随着沥青加入量增加,炮泥综合性能呈先增强后减弱的趋势;在沥青加入量为8%时,无水炮泥的性能指标达较优水平,此时,在温度为1 350℃、保温3 h的条件下,抗折强度为4.54 MPa、耐压强度为14.78 MPa、体积密度为1.92 g/cm3、显气孔率为22.8%、马夏值为1.22 MPa。As the main components of anhydrous stemming, binder and asphalt play a key role in the smooth running of blast furnace mud. To optimize the composition and improve the properties of gun mud, the effects of binder, asphalt and asphalt content on the properties of anhydrous stemming were investigated under laboratory conditions. The major results show that the comprehensive performance of gunite increases first and then decreases with increasing asphalt content when the asphalt content is 8%. The performance index of the mortar without water reaches the best level, and the bending strength is 4.54 MPa, the compressive strength is 14.78 MPa, the volume density is 1.92 g/cm~3, the apparent porosity is 22.8%, and the value of Maxia is 1.22 MPa.
