摘  要:新余钢铁集团有限公司(简称新钢,下同)特钢厂电转炉炼钢钢水过氧化现象(即钢水中碳元素被过分氧化,平衡氧和过饱和氧显著升高)严重,致使冶炼成本高、经济效益低。文中研究了炉衬侵蚀、脱氧合金化、铸坯质量及冶炼操作等因素对钢水过氧化的影响,结合该厂入炉钢铁料、原辅材料、工艺制度及现场生产调度等方面的实际情况,全面分析了钢水过氧化的原因,并提出了合理的改进措施。优化后过氧化钢水所占比例由9.32%降至1.47%;钢水终渣FeO含量由28.14%降至17.32%,钢水质量显著提高。Special Steel Plant of Xinyu Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. the liquid steel peroxide of electric steel converters is serious, resulting in high smelting costs and poor economic benefits. After research and investigation, the harm of molten steel peroxidation was explained in detail from the aspects of furnace lining erosion, deoxyalloying, casting quality, smelting operation, steel material, auxiliary material, process system and the cause of production scheduling, and reasonable improvement measures were proposed. The proportion of molten peroxide in the liquid steel plant was reduced from 9.32% to 1.47%, the FeO content decreased from28.14% to 17.32%, and the liquid steel quality was significantly improved.
