Analysis of Western Han Dynasty Bamboo Slip Samples from Yinqueshan

摘  要:在山东博物馆和中国文化遗产研究院合作保护、整理、研究银雀山汉简过程中,为配合银雀山汉简的重新保护和整理,对两枚汉简残片进行了取样分析。采用热重方法(TG)分析了竹简残片的含水率,采用傅氏变换红外光谱(FT-IR)分析了竹简残片的化学组分,采用X射线衍射(XRD)对纤维素的结晶程度进行了表征,采用扫描电镜-能谱(SEM-EDS)对竹简残片的微观形貌进行了观察,并对竹简微裂隙中无机矿物的元素成分进行了分析。结果表明,竹简残片高度降解,纤维素含量降低,结晶程度下降,木质素相对含量大大提高。竹简残片表面存在大量孔洞和微裂隙,孔洞和微裂隙中发现了黏土矿物和含铁颗粒。As a part of the project re-conserving and re-organizing the bamboo slips from Yinqueshan,two small bamboo slip fragments were taken and analyzed.Thermogravimetry(TG) was used to measure the maximum water content,fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) was used to analyze the chemical components,X-ray diffraction(XRD) was used to characterize the degree of crystallization of cellulose,and scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectrometry(SEM-EDS) were used to observe the micro morphology of the bamboo slip samples,and analyze the inorganic deposits in the micro-cracks of the slips.The results indicate that the cellulose of the bamboo slip samples degraded greatly,and the relative content of lignin increased apparently.Microscopic destruction was visible on the surface of the bamboo slip samples,and there are many small holes and micro cracks on the surface and the inside,which were filled with quartz,clay mineral particles,and iron-containing particles.
