摘　　要：对我国行业划转院校的评价可分为三个时期:1987~2000年的探索时期,以社会贡献为唯一标准的评价体系,没有考虑行业院校的独有特点,评价具有普遍主义与集体取向的特征,以情感抑制进行先赋性、泛布性的判断。2001~2015年的调整时期,指标体系更加完整,进行了分类分析,但标准依旧相同,呈现出由普遍到特殊、由集体到自我、由情感抑制到情感显溢的转变之势,更加关注后天所获成就,评价依旧具有泛布性的特点。2016年以后为完善时期,通过整体指标的完善,兼顾教育教学,关注人才培养的未来走向及创造的价值,形成系统全面的评价。The evaluation of industry-based institutions in China can be divided into three periods. During the period of exploration from 1987 to 2000, an evaluation system was sought based on the perception of social contribution being the only criterion. Without taking into account the unique characteristics of the industry academies, the evaluation showed the characteristics of universalism and collective orientation, making pre-distributed judgments based on emotional suppression.During the adjustment period from 2001 to 2015, the indicator system was more complete, better classified and analyzed, while the standards were still the same, showing a trend of transformation from universal to special, from collective to self, from emotional suppression to emotional overflow. Paying more attention to acquired achievements, the evaluation still had the characteristics of generality. The period of perfection came after 2016. Through improving the overall indicators, taking into account education and teaching, paying attention to talent training and the value creation, a systematic and comprehensive evaluation is formed.
