摘  要:基于Aspen plus软件建立了循环流化床污泥高温氧气气化模型,研究了气化温度、O_(2)当量比、O_(2)浓度及污泥含水率等因素对气化产物组分的影响。结果表明:O_(2)当量比为0.05时,可燃组分含量最多,继续增加当量比会使可燃组分逐渐下降;随着温度升高,可燃组分逐渐增多,当温度达到850℃时,产物组分几乎不再变化;随着污泥含水率的增加,CO的体积分数逐渐下降,气化气热值降低;当O_(2)浓度从55%增至98%时,可燃组分逐渐增大,气化气热值逐渐增大。A high-temperature oxygen gasification model of circulating fluidized bed sludge was established based on Aspen Plus software.The effects of gasification temperature,oxygen equivalent ratio,oxygen concentration and sludge moisture content on the components of gasification products were studied.The results showed that the content of combustible components was the highestwhen the oxygen equivalent ratio was 0.05,but it would gradually decreasedwith the increasing oxygen equivalent ratio.With the increase of temperature,the combustible components increase gradually.When the temperature reaches 850 ℃,the product components hardly change.With the increase of sludge moisture content,the volume fraction of carbon monoxide decreased gradually and the calorific value of gasification gas decreased.When the oxygen concentration increases from55% to 98%,the combustible component increases gradually,and the calorific value of gasified gas increases gradually.
