山西省文化软实力评价指标体系构建策略研究

摘　　要：三晋大地历史文化资源丰厚,素有“表里山河”的美誉。眺望新时代奋进路,提升山西文化软实力已成为文化强省战略和全方位推动高质量发展的必然选择。在文化软实力量化研究的视角下,遵循科学性、独立性、有效性、全面性等建构原则,构建山西省文化软实力评价指标体系,运用主成分分析法评析2010年-2019年山西文化软实力发展情况,并从文化基础力、文化传播力、文化吸引力、文化消费力和文化创造力五个方面探寻山西文化软实力提升路径。Shanxi has rich historical and cultural resources and is known as a province covered with precipitous mountains and walled by choppy rivers.Improving its cultural soft power has become an inevitable choice for the development of Shanxi.This article constructs the evaluation index system of cultural soft power in Shanxi based on the scientific,independent,effective and comprehensive principles,uses the principal component analysis method to evaluate the cultural soft power of Shanxi from 2014 to 2019,and explores the paths to improve the cultural soft power of Shanxi.
