摘 要:热轧带钢免酸洗直接还原退火热镀锌技术是一项颠覆传统生产流程的新技术,与传统热镀锌相比,一是退火与还原同步进行,以退火过程中高效氢还原技术替代酸洗工序,缓解废酸排放对环境的破坏;二是利用还原产物特殊的结构特征,改善基板的润湿性和基板/锌层之间的粘附性,实现厚镀层和高耐蚀镀层产品研发。然而,由于还原效率和还原产物结构对温度、气氛、露点等参数极为敏感,而且在氢还原后,由基板表面状态的改变,造成了在热镀锌过程中,出现了与常规的酸洗工艺完全不同的“液-固”界面反应,造成锌液的反应产物难以控制。为此,国内外专家展开了大量应用基础研究,不断推动此项技术的进步。在综合前人研究现状的基础上,围绕关键环节的理论和技术,阐述了笔者所在团队近年来研究结果和工业化方面的进展情况。Hot-dip galvanizing technology based on direct reduction annealing without acid-pickling for hot rolled strip is a new technology that subverts the traditional production process, compared with traditional hot galvanizing. First, annealing and reduction were carried out simultaneously, and high-efficiency hydrogen reduction technology in the annealing process was used to replace the pickling process, so as to alleviate the damage of waste acid discharge to the environment. Second, the special structural characteristics of the reduction products were used to improve the wettability of the substrate and the adhesion between the substrate and the zinc layer, so as to realize the research and development of thick coating and high corrosion resistant coating products. However, because the reduction efficiency and the structure of reduction products are extremely sensitive to temperature, atmosphere, dew point and other parameters, and the surface state of the substrate has changed after hydrogen reduction, the "liquid-solid" interface reaction behavior in the hot-dip galvanizing process is completely different from that of the pickling plate, which makes it difficult to control the products of liquid zinc reaction. For this reason, domestic and foreign experts had carried out a large number of applied basic research to continuously promote the progress of this technology. Based on the previous research status, the research results and industrialization progress of the author′s team in recent years were described around the key theories and technologies.
