摘  要:通过电渣重熔-辊式淬火工艺工业化生产了全厚度显微组织和力学性能均匀性优异的210 mm厚齿条钢,钢板全厚度马氏体分布均匀,心部马氏体体积分数为39%,比模铸-浸入式淬火工艺生产的178 mm齿条钢板提高了34%,心部650℃回火后的-60℃冲击功和600℃回火后的屈服强度比178 mm齿条钢板分别提高了150 J(278%)和137 MPa(18%)。电渣重熔-辊式淬火工艺显著提高钢板全厚度奥氏体晶粒均匀性,细化有效晶粒尺寸,降低心部元素偏析,提高齿条钢心部强韧性匹配。该210 mm厚高强高韧齿条钢板通过船级社认证并实现示范性应用。210 mm-thick rack steel with superior through-thickness homogeneity of microstructure and mechanical properties was industrialized by electroslag remelting casting and roller quenching. The martensite of the as-quenched 210 mm-thick rack steel is distributed homogeneously across the thickness with a fraction of 39% at the 1/2 thickness, remarkable higher 34% than that of 178 mm-thick rack steel industrialized by mold casting and immersion quenching in the water tank. The Charpy impact energy at-60 ℃ is 150 J(278%) higher for the samples tempered at 650 ℃, and the yield strength is 137 MPa(18%) higher for the samples tempered at 600 ℃ than those of 178 mm-thick rack steel, respectively. Electroslag remelting casting and roller quenching technology can improve the uniformity of austenite grain, refine the effective grain size, effectively reduce the element segregation in the 1/2 thickness and consequently achieve ideal strength and toughness matching. The 210 mm-thick high-strength and high-toughness rack steel plate has been certified by the classification society and achieved demonstration application.
