摘　　要：历史演进,盛衰交替,有其规律。历史周期率是历史学家对人类历史发展进程中一种客观历史现象的抽象描述。对于如何跳出治乱兴衰的历史周期率,1945年毛泽东在延安给出了第一个答案即“民主监督”,经过百年奋斗特别是党的十八大以来新的实践,习近平又给出第二个答案即“自我革命”。这两个答案,充分彰显了中国共产党人高度的历史自觉与责任担当,从内因和外因两个方面,为中国共产党跳出历史周期率提供了坚强保证。History evolves and has its own patterns of prosperity and decline.The historical cycle is an abstract description by historians of an objective historical phenomenon in the course of human historical development.For how to jump out of the historical cycle of the rise and fall of governance, Mao Zedong gave the first answer in Yan’an in 1945,that is, “democratic supervision”,after a century of struggle, especially the new practice since the 18th Party Congress, Xi Jinping gave the second answer, that is, “self-revolution”.These two answers fully demonstrate the high degree of historical consciousness and responsibility of the Chinese Communists, and provide a strong guarantee for the Chinese Communist Party to jump out of the historical cycle from both internal and external causes.
