摘　　要：农产品是农村地区重要产业经济之一,但往往会因为当地供应链弊端而无法进行及时销售,这会给采购方和农户增加不必要的成本。文中对农产品供应链目前存在的问题进行分析,探讨农产品供应链管理优化,得出政府、企业、农户和消费者等因素应互相结合的思想,希望能为农产品供应链管理提供一定帮助,带动农产品经济发展。Agricultural products are one of the important industrial economies in rural areas, but they are often not sold in time due to local supply chain drawbacks, which adds unnecessary costs to buyers and farmers.The article analyzes the current problems of agricultural products supply chain, discusses the optimization of agricultural products supply chain management, and comes up with the idea of combining factors such as government, enterprises, farmers and consumers with each other, hoping to provide some help for agricultural products supply chain management and drive the economic development of agricultural products.
