摘  要:非机动车出行在国内大多城市所占比例较高,特别是校园出行,非机动车为主要交通工具。随着出行需求的不断增加,校内的非机动车数量激增,各种矛盾也逐渐显现。为优化校内非机动车停车空间、助力绿色出行、促进校园交通安全发展,文中以南京林业大学新庄校区为例,开展非机动车停放情况实地调查,针对校内自行车乱停乱放、占用公共设施区域造成的“出入难”“管理难”等问题,设计出一款绿色环保、多量存储、存取快捷且防盗的非机动车停车装置,并在数据分析的基础上,规划出该停车装置在校内的布局。该装置同样适用于城市的非机动车停车和充电等服务。The proportion of non-motor vehicle travel is high in most cities in China, especially campus travel, where non-motor vehicles are the main mode of transportation.With the increasing travel demand, the number of non-motor vehicles on campus has proliferated, and various conflicts have gradually emerged.In order to optimize the parking space for non-motor vehicles on campus, help with green travel and promote the development of campus traffic safety, this paper takes the Xinzhuang Campus of Nanjing Forestry University as an example to conduct a field survey on the parking situation of non-motor vehicles, and designs an envrironmental friendly and theftproof non-motor vehicle parking device with bulk storage and easy accessibility, focusing on the problems of difficult access and management caused by the indiscriminate parking on campus and the occupation of public facilities.Based on the data analysis, the layout of the parking device on campus was planned.The device is also suitable for non-motor vehicle parking and charging services in cities.
