摘　　要：数字经济背景下,随着大数据、物联网、人工智能、区块链等信息技术的发展,新技术背景下企业对物流人才素质要求会越来越高。培养数字化、智能化物流管理专业人才以适应数字经济发展对现代物流业的需求,成为高校物流管理专业人才培养的主要任务。文中分析了数字经济背景下新型物流管理专业人才培养的需求,并从教学模式、课程体系建设、产教融合协同育人三方面,对数字经济背景下培养具有交叉学科背景、具备国际视野、复合型、创新型物流管理专业人才提出了教学改革思路。Under the background of digital economy, the rapid development of the information technologies such as big data, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence and blockchain in recent years has revealed that enterprises have higher and higher requirements on competencies among logistics management talents.It is the main task to cultivate professional talents of digital and intelligent logistics management to adapt to new challenges of modern logistics industry with the advancement of digital economy.This paper analyzes the demands of cultivating new logistics management talents under the background of digital economy.then, the teaching reform ideas of cultivating interdisciplinary and innovative logistics management professionals with international vision are constructed from three aspects of teaching model, curriculum system construction, industry-education integration and collaborative education.
