摘　　要：针对亭南选煤厂经常因原煤筛分破碎系统出现故障,导致整套系统全部停产的问题,采取了增加破碎机和在分级筛底部开通溜槽的改造措施,通过改变煤流路径的方式,对出现故障的预湿分级筛进行快速处理来保证选煤厂的正常洗选作业。改造后大大降低了停车处理作业的时间,为选煤厂生产的顺利进行提供了保障。In view of the failure of the raw coal screening and crushing system in Tingnan Coal Preparation Plant, the entire system will stop production.Tingnan Coal Preparation Plant mainly ensures the normal washing operation of the coal preparation plant by increasing the number of crushers and opening the chute at the bottom of the grading screen, changing the way of the coal flow path, and quickly processing the faulty pre-wet grading screen.It greatly reduces the time of shutdown and processing operations, and provides a huge guarantee for the smooth production of the coal preparation plant.
