摘 要:针对赵家山选煤厂粗煤泥分选系统TBS精矿高灰细泥影响精煤灰分、TBS尾矿产率高且灰分低、粗煤泥设备处理能力不足进行改造。将原设计TBS分选改为TBS+螺旋二级分选;精矿由振动弧形筛改为叠层高频振动细筛脱泥降灰;改变筛下煤泥水流向。改造后中煤产率降低11.30%,精煤产率增加5.60%,矸石(煤泥)产率增加5.70%。In view of the influence of high ash and fine slime of TBS concentrate on the ash content of clean coal, the high and low ash yield of TBS tailings and the insufficient treatment capacity of coarse slime equipment in Zhaojiashan coal preparation plant.The original design of TBS separation was changed into TBS+spiral secondary separation, the concentrate was changed from vibrating arc screen to laminated high-frequency vibrating fine screen for desliming and deashing, and the flow direction of slime water under screen was changed.After reformation, the yield of medium coal decreased by 11.30%,the yield of clean coal increased by 5.60%,and the yield of gangue(slime) increased by 5.70%.
