摘 要:延安子长矿区三叠纪煤田煤泥水中粘土矿物含量极高,引起煤泥水絮凝沉降困难。以贯屯选煤厂煤泥水为研究对象,研究煤泥粒度、矿物组分和表面电位等基本性质,分析了煤泥水处理难度大的原因,另外,煤泥水絮凝沉降试验研究结果表明,采用明矾作凝聚剂,分子量为1 400万的阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺作絮凝剂,絮凝沉降效果最佳。The content of clay minerals in the Triassic coal field in theYan’an Zichang mining area is extremely high, which causes the difficulty of flocculation and settlement of slime water.Taking the slime water of Guantun coal preparation plant as the research object, the basic properties of slime particle size, mineral composition and surface potential were studied, and the reasons for the difficulty of slime water treatment were analyzed, in addition, the results of the flocculation and sedimentation test of slime water showed that the agglomerant needed to use alum, and the flocculant used anionic polyacrylamide with a molecular weight of 1 400W,and the flocculation and sedimentation effect was the best.
