摘  要:实验选取了兖州气煤(YZ)、霍州肥煤(HZ)、范矿肥煤(FK)、新峪焦煤(XY)4种不同变质程度炼焦煤为样品,利用坩埚焦制备了不同热解温度的焦样,利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜表征了焦样微观结构的变化,探究了不同变质程度炼焦煤热解成焦过程的微观结构演化。结果显示,不同热解产物石墨片层间距及堆叠高度主要受热解温度影响,热解温度越高,焦样的石墨化程度越有序。随热解温度的升高,热解产物的表面越来越光滑,孔隙和裂缝越来越多,孔径逐渐增大;挥发分含量较高的炼焦煤,热解产物表面的孔隙较多。In the experiment, four coking coals with different metamorphic degrees, namely Yanzhou gas coal(YZ),Huozhou fat coal(HZ),Fankuang fat coal(FK) and Xinyu coking coal(XY),were selected as samples, and coke samples with different pyrolysis temperatures were prepared from crucible coke.The microstructure changes of coke samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy, and the microstructure evolution of coking coal with different metamorphic degrees was explored.The results showed that the graphite lamellar spacing and stacking height of different pyrolysis products are mainly affected by the pyrolysis temperature.The higher the pyrolysis temperature is, the more orderly the graphitization degree of the coke sample is.With the increase of pyrolysis temperature, the surface of pyrolysis products becomes smoother and smoother, with more and more pores and cracks, and the pore size gradually increases;The coking coal with high volatile content has more pores on the surface of pyrolysis products.
