摘　　要：阐述了煤炭企业煤质管理创新的必要性,介绍了淮北矿业在推进双碳目标背景下煤质管理创新的制度、举措及效果。实践表明:淮北矿业延伸洗选质量管理环节,实现全流程煤质管理举措在节能、增效、减轻环保压力、推动企业智能化、推进双碳目标等方面效果显著,促进了企业高质量发展。This paper expounds the necessity of coal quality management innovation in coal enterprises, and introduces the system, measures and effects of coal quality management innovation in Huaibei Mining under the background of promoting the dual carbon target.The practice shows that Huaibei Mining extends the coal preparation quality management link and realizes the whole process coal quality management measures, which have significant effects in energy saving, efficiency enhancement, environmental protection pressure reduction, enterprise intelligence promotion, and dual carbon goal promotion, and promotes the high-quality development of enterprises.
