摘 要:大功率半导体激光器光学膜损伤检测系统设计中,未提前确定检测参数,导致光学膜损伤检测耗时较长、准确率低以及光学膜对光吸收率高等问题,提出设计大功率半导体激光器光学膜损伤检测系统。根据大功率半导体激光器的特性,设置光学膜检测所需硬件,搭建检测平台;设计光学膜软件系统框架,即设计损伤检测软件模块;同时,为加强检测效率和精度,确定光学膜检测的参数;根据确定的检测参数和软件模块,实现大功率半导体激光器光学膜损伤检测系统设计。实验结果表明:所提方法在光学膜损伤检测中耗时最短约为9.6 s、检测准确率最高约为92%,光学膜对光吸收率始终保持在60%左右。In the design of high-power semiconductor laser optical film damage detection system, the detection parameters are not determined in advance, which leads to the problems of long time-consuming, low accuracy and high light absorption rate of optical film. The design of high-power semiconductor laser optical film damage detection system is proposed. According to the characteristics of high-power semiconductor laser, set up the hardware required for optical film detection and build the detection platform;Design the framework of optical film software system, that is, design the damage detection software module;At the same time, in order to enhance the detection efficiency and accuracy, the parameters of optical film detection are determined;According to the determined detection parameters and software modules, the design of optical film damage detection system of high-power semiconductor laser is realized. The experimental results show that the proposed method takes the shortest time, about 9. 6 s, the highest detection accuracy is about 92%, and the light absorption rate of the optical film is always about 60%.
