摘  要:【背景和目的】单一胞质在烟草杂交种的大量运用导致生产用种遗传基础脆弱,为拓宽不育胞质种类,对glu-CMS的不育机制进行了探究。【方法】首先对glu-CMS不育系表型进行考察,随后对glu-CMS不育系和其保持系0.75 mm和1.5 mm的花蕾进行转录组测序分析及GO和KEGG富集分析。【结果】(1)glu-CMS不育系表现出雄蕊缺失和雄蕊发育异常等现象。(2)共鉴定出2075个差异基因,主要富集在植物信号转导、碳水化合物代谢和ROS调控通路。【结论】本研究揭示了glu-CMS不育系的表现形式以及不育系和保持系的差异表达基因,为glu-CMS的后续研究提供一定理论基础。[Background and Objective] The large application of single cytoplasm in tobacco hybrids has resulted in the fragile genetic basis of cultivar. In order to broaden the variety of sterile cytoplasm, the sterility mechanism of glu-CMS was investigated in this study.[Methods] Firstly, the phenotypes of glu-CMS male sterile lines were investigated, and then the flower buds of glu-CMS male sterile lines and their maintainers at 0.75 mm and 1.5 mm were analyzed by transcriptomic sequencing and GO and KEGG enrichment analysis.[Results](1) Stamen deletion and abnormal stamen development were observed in glu-CMS CMS lines.(2) A total of 2075 differential genes were identified, which were mainly enriched in the pathways for plant signal transduction, carbohydrate metabolism and ROS regulation. [Conclusion] This study reveals the expression forms of glu-CMS and the differential gene expression between CMS and maintainer lines, providing a theoretical basis for the subsequent research of glu-CMS.
