摘  要:以某住宅小区作为试点,探索二级管网智慧供热改造思路,分析改造效果。借鉴试点小区成功经验,对住宅小区所在供热区域内所有热力站进行二级管网智慧供热改造,测算项目投资回收期。对于试点小区,改造后,耗电量降低15%,耗热量降低14.8%,耗水量降低85.1%。对于供热区域智慧供热改造项目,投资回收期为8.47 a,低于行业基准投资回收期15 a的限值,该项目能按期回收投资。Taking a residential district as a pilot, the idea of smart heating transformation of secondary pipe network is explored, and the transformation effect is analyzed. Drawing on the successful experience of the pilot district, the smart heating transformation of the secondary pipe network is carried out for all heat stations in the heating area where the residential district is located, and the payback period of the project investment is calculated. For the pilot district, the electricity consumption is reduced by 15%,the heat consumption is reduced by 14.8%,and the water consumption is reduced by 85.1% after the transformation. For the smart heating transformation project in the heating area, the payback period is 8.47 years, which is lower than the limit of 15 years of the industry benchmark, and the project can recover the investment on schedule.
