摘 要:建立前圆后椭圆管管翅式换热器的三维模型,采用模拟方法,研究前圆后椭圆管管型、入口空气流速对管翅式换热器速度场、压力降、温度场、换热量、换热性能强化评价指标的影响。以半径为4.5 mm的圆管作为换热管标准管型,保持前圆后椭圆管的周长与圆管周长一致,调整半径比(椭圆长半径比圆半径),得到不同的前圆后椭圆管管型。换热性能强化评价指标大于1表示前圆后椭圆管综合性能好于圆管,越大于1说明管翅式换热器的综合性能越好。入口空气流速一定时,增大半径比有利于减小管翅式换热器压力降。在较大的入口空气流速下使用前圆后椭圆管能有效减小管翅式换热器的压力降。入口空气流速为4.0 m/s、半径比为4.0时,热工水力性能参数最大,管翅式换热器的综合性能最佳。A three-dimensional model of the finned tube heat exchangers with the front circular and rear elliptical tube is established, and the effects of the front circular and rear elliptical tube shape and inlet air velocity on the velocity field, pressure drop, temperature field, heat transfer and heat transfer performance enhancement evaluation index of the finned tube heat exchanger are studied by simulation method. Taking the circular tube with a radius of 4.5 mm as the standard tube shape of heat exchange tube, the circumference of the front circular and rear elliptical tube is kept consistent with the circumference of the circular tube, and the radius ratio is adjusted(the ratio of the elliptical length radius to the circular radius) to obtain different front circular and rear elliptical tube shapes. The heat transfer performance enhancement evaluation index is greater than 1,which means that the comprehensive performance of the front circular and rear elliptical tube is better than that of the circular tube, and the greater the index is, the better the comprehensive performance of the finned tube heat exchanger is. When the inlet air velocity is constant, increasing the radius ratio is beneficial to reduce the pressure drop of the finned tube heat exchanger. The pressure drop of the finned tube heat exchanger can be effectively reduced by using the front circular and rear elliptical tube at a large inlet air velocity. When the inlet air velocity is 4.0 m/s and the radius ratio is 4.0,the thermal hydraulic performance parameters are the largest, and the comprehensive performance of the finned tube heat exchanger is the best.
