摘　　要：传统的螺纹钢标识及识别技术中,采用螺纹钢表面轧制标记和成品打包悬挂吊牌相结合的方式,其防伪标识肉眼可见、易假冒、吊牌易丢失,对产品质量追踪、鉴定工作带来一定难度。为了对螺纹钢进行精确识别和实现有效的质量追溯,首先对螺纹钢月牙肋的角度、间距数据进行设计,刻制加密轧辊轧制,形成螺纹钢表面轧制标记加密序号,并结合钢材化学成分、产品炉次号、钢筋牌号、钢坯生产日期等信息建立了加密数据库;其次设计和制备了螺纹钢数控逆向溯源便携设备,通过特定视觉算法识别加密螺纹钢加密标记,反向解密螺纹钢、匹配已建立的加密的数据库,实现螺纹钢质量有效溯源的目的。试验和实际应用3万t以上加密螺纹钢,效果表明数控加密螺纹钢有效,解决了现有技术中存在的螺纹钢实物各种无法识别的情况和产品难鉴定的问题。In the traditional hot rolled ribbed steel bar identification and identification technology, the surface rolling mark of hot rolled ribbed steel bar is combined with the hanging tag of finished product packaging.Its anti-counterfeiting mark is visible to the naked eye, easy to counterfeit, and its hanging tag is easy to lose, which brings some difficulties to product quality tracking and identification.In order to accurately identify the hot rolled ribbed steel bar and achieve effective quality traceability, firstly, the angle and spacing data of the hot rolled ribbed steel bar crescent rib were designed, the encrypted roll was engraved and rolled to form the encrypted sequence number of the hot rolled ribbed steel bar surface rolling mark, and the encrypted database was established by combining the chemical composition of the steel, the furnace number of the product, the steel grade, the billet production date and other information.Secondly, the numerical control reverse traceability portable equipment of hot rolled ribbed steel bar was designed and prepared.The encrypted hot rolled ribbed steel bar encryption mark was identified by a specific visual algorithm,the rebar was reversely decrypted,and the established encrypted database was matched to achieve the purpose of effective traceability of hot rolled ribbed steel bar quality. Test and practical application of more than 30 000 t of encryption hot rolled ribbed steel bar,the effect shows that the numerical control encryption hot rolled ribbed steel bar is effective,and solve the existing technology in the hot rolled ribbed steel bar physical identification of various situations and product identification problems.
