中国经济学研究“问题”的内涵、层次与特色

摘　　要：中国经济学的“问题”来源于“人”,又回落于“人”,其在本质内涵上指向“人”的思想行为和全面发展。因此,应在主体维度上坚持人本导向,在时间维度上强调现实关怀,在空间维度上凸显本土特色。根据对人的发展需求的满足程度和关注层级,“问题”可分为三个层次:第一层次是目标性“问题”,主要关注和回答人的终极需求;第二层次是中介性“问题”,主要关注和回答通过什么关键渠道或中介节点来达到终极目标;第三层次是工具性“问题”,主要关注和回答运用什么工具或策略来影响中介节点并最终使终极需求得以有效满足。根据逻辑出场顺序,“问题”又可以分为前向性“问题”、同向性“问题”和后向性“问题”。在中国特色经济学的理论研究与政策实践中,应着重关注如何总结“中国经验”、如何解决“中国问题”和如何走好“中国道路”三大重要问题。The “question” of research in Chinese economics originates from “people” and returns to “people”, which, in its essence, points to the thought and behavior of “people” and their comprehensive development. Therefore, it should adhere to the human orientation in the subject dimension, emphasize realistic care in the time dimension and highlight local characteristics in the space dimension. According to the degree of satisfaction and the level of attention of human development needs, “questions” are divided into three levels: the first level is the goal-oriented “questions”, which mainly focus on and answer the ultimate needs of human beings;the second level is the intermediary “question”, which focuses on and answers the key channels or intermediary nodes through which the end goal is reached;the third level is the instrumental “question”, which focuses on what tools or strategies are used to influence the intermediary nodes and ultimately enable the final needs to be satisfied effectively. According to the logical order of appearance, “questions” can be further divided into forward “questions”, congruent “questions” and backward “questions”. In the theoretical research and policy practice of economics with Chinese characteristics, we should focus on how to summarize the “Chinese experience”, how to solve the “Chinese problems” and how to follow the “Chinese path”.
