摘　　要：目的 分析新沂市2018—2021年HIV检测筛查实验室的HIV抗体筛查及确证试验结果,为制订高效的艾滋病防控技术方案提供依据。方法 收集艾滋病防控工作信息系统的实验信息数据,分析徐州市艾滋病确证实验室152份初筛阳性标本确证结果,对不确定结果者进行随访。结果 2018—2021年,新沂市的HIV抗体检测量逐年上升,初筛阳性样本中复核阳性率为68.42%(104/152)。经确证试验HIV-1抗体阳性94份,确证阳性率为90.38%。免疫印迹带型分布中,全条带和gp160+gp120+p66+p51+gp41+p31+p24+p17占比最高,均为20.21%。不确定者随访中,gp160+p24条带均转阳。结论 gp160是HIV阳性的确证必要条带,不确定带型中含有gp160条带最多,阳转率也最高,特别是gp160+p24带型,应加强对此类人群的随访。Objective To analyze the HIV antibody screening and confirmatory test results of HIV testing and screening laboratories in Xinyi City from 2018 to 2021,so as to provide evidence for the development of efficient technical programs for HIV prevention and control.Methods The experimental information data of the AIDS prevention and control information system were collected,and the confirmation results of 152 positive samples of initial screening in Xuzhou AIDS Confirmation Laboratory were analyzed,and the uncertain results were followed.ResultsFrom 2018 to 2021,the number of HIV antibody tests in Xinyi City increased year by year,and the recheck positive rate among the initial positive samples was 68.42%(104/152).After confirmatory tests,94 HIV-1 antibodies were positive,and the confirmatory positive rate was90.38%.Among the immunoblotting band distribution,the whole band and gp160+gp120+p66+p51+gp41+p31+p24+p17accounted for the highest proportions,both of which were 20.21%.In the follow-up of uncertain patients,the gp160+p24bands were all positive.Conclusiong p160 is a necessary band for confirmatory evidence of HIV positivity,and the inconclusive band type contains the most gp160 bands and has the highest positive conversion rate,especially the gp160+p24b and type,therefore,we should strengthen the follow-up of such groups.
