可调脉宽1064 nm激光联合泡沫硬化剂治疗鼻部血管扩张型玫瑰痤疮的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 观察可调脉宽1 064 nm Nd:YAG激光联合泡沫硬化剂治疗鼻部毛细血管扩张型玫瑰痤疮的疗效。方法 从门诊患者中选择符合纳入标准的38例出现治疗抵抗的鼻部血管扩张型玫瑰痤疮患者,采用先激光局部点照射封闭血管,后低温泡沫硬化剂联合注射的方法,观察疗效、不良反应。结果 通过治疗,38例患者中治愈15例(39.5%),显效12例(31.6%),有效8例(21.1%),无效3例(7.9%),总体有效率为92.1%。38例患者未见严重不良反应,仅3例患者出现轻微反应或不适。患者治疗满意度:非常满意19例(50%),满意9例(23.7%),一般6例(15.8%),不满意4例(10.5%),总体满意率为73.7%。结论 先运用可调脉宽1 064 nm Nd:YAG激光局部点照射封闭血管,后采取低温泡沫硬化剂治疗鼻部毛细血管扩张型玫瑰痤疮,取得了良好的效果,恢复快且无明显副作用。作为硬化治疗的改良方法值得临床医生尝试。Objective To observe the efficacy of adjustable pulse width 1 064 nm Nd:YAG laser combined withfoam sclerotherapy in the treatment of rosacea-associated nasal telangiectasia.Methods A total of 38 patients with rosacea-associated nasal telangiectasia who met the inclusion criteria were selected from outpatients,and the method of laser localspot irradiation to seal the blood vessels first and then low-temperature foam sclerosing agent was used,and the efficacy andadverse reactions were observed.Results Through treatment,among 38 patients,15 cases(39.5%) were cured,12 cases(31.6%) were excellent,8 cases(21.1%) were effective,and 3 cases(7.9%) were ineffective,and the overall effective rate was 92.1%.There were no serious adverse reactions among 38 patients,and only 3 patients experienced mild reactions or discom-fort.The patient satisfaction with treatment:19 cases(50%) were very satisfied,9 cases(23.7%) were satisfied,6 cases weregenerally(15.8%),and 4 cases(10.5%) were dissatisfied,and the overall satisfaction rate was 73.7%.Conclusions First,adjustable pulse width 1 064 nm Nd:YAG laser is used to irradiate for closing blood vessels,and then the low-temperaturefoam sclerosing agent is used to treat rosacea-associated nasal telangiectasia,which achieved good results,fast recovery,andno obvious side effects.As a modified method of sclerotherapy,clinicians should try.
